Winter Dates:
Team Registration Deadline- November 22nd , 11:59pm
Start Date: Saturday, December 4th
End Date: Late February
League Conference Call for Coaches Only: November 3rd 7:30pm
Cost: Each player must pay a League Fee of $13. This covers cost League Trophies, Background Checks and Online Administration. Team fees may also be necessary to cover costs for balls, court fees, etc. They will pay league fees online. Players might also pay team fees for balls, court time and coaching. Also, USTA membership is required to play in the leagues, which is only $20/year. You can get membership at www.usta.com/membership.
Days and Times: Matches will take place on Saturday afternoons and early evenings.
Courts and Location: Each team must provide home courts for matches. Teams usually have half of their matches home and half away but depends on number of teams based out of that location and number of teams in the division. Home teams are responsible for securing courts and balls for the match. Home teams provide balls for each match. All teams need at least 2 boys and 2 girls for each match. All teams must be based out of the 5-county Philadelphia area. Each team pays $90 per match to cover court costs and it’s paid to that club the day of the match. This can be split up amongst team players. The fee is for 2 hours of court time for 2 courts.
NTRP Levels: All players will have or will self rate for a NTRP rating for the 14u and 18u division. All players with a 3.5 rating or higher MUST player in an advanced division. This is not necessary for 12u division.

Advancement: Teams that win divisions in this league will automatically advance to District Championships.
